Worldwide Shipping
For all shipments within Europe, Indian Gold uses the postal services of PostNL whereby the order will always be sent by registered mail. This means your package is insured and you need to be present at the shipping address in order to receive the order.
As soon as we have packed your order, you will receive a status update containing a track and trace link allowing you to track your package from the moment it has been shipped. If you are not home, a second delivery attempt will take place the day after. If a second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be delivered to a service point allowing you to pick it up within a week. Please make sure you are able to show your ID when picking up the package. Please take into account the package will be returned to our facilities after one week. In this case the return costs and the new delivery costs will be borne by the buyer.

Orders placed and paid on business days before 4pm (CET) will always be packed and shipped the same day.

Urgent shipment (Netherlands)
We offer the standard option to send your parcel with a guaranteed delivery before 10 am. This early morning delivery is possible from Tuesday until Friday. To benefit from early morning delivery though, the order must be placed before 4 pm the day before.
If you still need your products earlier, we also offer the option to deliver your products before 9 am. This service comes with an additional cost of € 30,69. If you want to use this service, please contact us by phone.
International Orders
Import duties and taxes may apply to orders from outside Europe. These fees and taxes are charged by the customs and border agencies in your country and cannot be controlled by Indian Gold. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to pay these duties and fees when the order is handed over to the customer. You can consult the duty codes of your country to verify, if applicable, how much you will be charged based on our product and the total cost of your order. If you decline your order after it has gone through customs, your order will be returned to Indian Gold. The additional costs for returning your order will be deducted from the subtotal of your order when you order amount is reimbursed.
